If you have a faulty inverter and need to return it to us, we need the technical details of the installation in order to process a warranty claim on your behalf.
Once we have this information, we will raise an invoice for a replacement, and arrange for the faulty unit to be collected. You will need to ensure it is adequately packaged for transit.
We will then provide a replacement unit or arrange for the manufacturer to supply one. Once the manufacturer has approved the warranty claim, we will raise a credit note to cancel the invoice. If the warranty claim is refused by the manufacturer the invoice for the replacement unit you will have received becomes payable.
