Midwinter free delivery promotion

To qualify, orders must be placed online and paid for by midday the day before dispatch - our 'Early Bird' reward. Full info on the Early Bird promotion can be found in our Guide to Ordering. 

Orders need to be placed by customers themselves online to qualify. If you need to change something on your order before dispatch, you can still do that now that it's possible to edit orders from your account page. To find out how to do this, see the section on order editing in the Guide to Ordering, or ask your account handler for details.
