Recommendation for chipless fastening:
• Screw in with high pressure and low processing speed (approx. 200 rpm)
• Reduce pressure when the thread is providing forward feed
• Then increase rotation speed (approx. 1600 rpm)
• Significantly reduce speed before sealing washer touches the surface then tighten till the washer is lightly compressed
• Recommended tightening torque for steel substructures approx. 3 Nm, for less than 0,8 mm material thickness 1 Nm
• Recommended tightening torque for aluminium substructures approx. 1 Nm,
for less than 0,8 mm material thickness 0,5 Nm
