We're offering a free trial of 'Smug', our battery optimisation app, with every FoxESS, Solax and GivEnergy hybrid!

Smug is a new smart energy optimisation app designed to maximise your customer's savings. By connecting to your solar inverter and home battery, it uses weather forecasts, energy tariffs, and smart machine learning to optimise how and when you use energy - helping your customer save hundreds of pounds a year.

As beta testers, your customers will get access to Smug at no cost for a period. It's easy for them to optimise their systems. They just download the app, then:

• Connect their battery – and they log into their Fox, GivEnergy or SolaX cloud account and create an API key.

• Add their tariffs – Enter their import and export tariff details

• Switch on optimisation – A single toggle enables smart automation

• Sit back and save – Smug ensures their battery is charged at the cheapest times and exports when prices are at their highest.

A letter offering a free trial of Smug will be added to your order. All you need to do is hand this to the customer and they will be able to optimise their system.
