Heatpunk is our design software for heat pump installs. Learn how to calculate heat losses, build floor plans, select radiator and heat emitter options, adjust flow temperatures, and generate reports.

Samsung training
Samsung's range of air source heat pumps are Midsummer's flagship offering. We sell pre-plumbed cylinders for seamless integration with the heat pumps, and have even developed our own Quick-start guide for installing them in tandem.
To book onto their training sessions, sign up to Samsung's partner portal for access to the training calendar. The portal also has lots of other useful resources.

Riello training
Riello's heat pumps are a fantastic, relatively new addition to our range. Perfect for ECO4 installs, Riellos boast excellent performance characteristics and a very attractive parts and labour warranty - completing their training extends the warranty from five to seven years.
Their training courses are run at centres across the country and provide a comprehensive overview of products, sizing, installation, fault finding, servicing, warranties, and everything in between! All courses are also available online.
Sunamp's heat batteries efficiently store heat for domestic hot water systems. These super-compact units offer a uniquely clean, safe, and low-maintenance solution for thermal storage.
Product training sessions are aimed at building service engineers, installers, specifiers, plumbers, and facilities managers.
Training is free to attend, and can be either in-person or online.
Stiebel Eltorn's heat pumps can be regarded as among the very best in the industry, and as the quietest available in the UK. Stiebels can be bought as part of a comprehensive installation package, which includes cylinders, buffers, and controls.
Stiebel's dedicated training centre in Bromborough provides comprehensive hands-on workshops for installers.
Mitsubishi heat pumps are an attractive option, and their installation training courses are available for a low price. Hands-on training sessions are available too!
The course is aimed at heating engineers, plumbers, or electricians who will be installing, commissioning, or fault-finding Ecodan air source heat pumps.
The different course sessions cover: design and application, installation and commissioning, servicing and fault-finding, and upskilling.
