The Early Bird order discount

Orders that are on our system early in the day make it easier for the operations team to manage a steady workload. And orders placed by customers themselves online also save us some time, which means we can process more orders per day.  So we've added an incentive to reward self-sufficient customers whose orders are ready to go by 12 Midday the day before despatch: 

How to be an early bird

To qualify, you must have placed the order yourself online, either via Easy PV or on the portal before 12 Midday on the day before despatch. You must also have paid for the order, either online or via bacs, or have sufficient credit on your account, by the 10 pm cut-off point. 

If payment is late you will be charged our standard next-day delivery rate instead (£110 for a typical domestic PV kit). Early bird deliveries are delivered next working day after despatch. (SW Group have not yet reinstated timed services).

Simply select Early Bird in the basket - it will only be available if you are before the cut-off - and find out how much you'll save. Typically this would be £19 on a domestic kit, or more when multiple pallets are sent. Please note that the early bird discount only applies to pallet orders, including for complete PV systems. 

When standard delivery applies  

Standard delivery options apply for any orders placed or paid for after 12 Midday for despatch the next day. Standard delivery also applies for any orders placed via your account handler.
