Midday Cutoff is Back!
12 midday deadline for same day dispatch (next day delivery).
We've continued to work hard to reduce the time from placing an order until customers receive it, and we're now able to move the deadline for same day dispatch orders to 12 midday on the day they are placed, provided the order is in and paid for (or with sufficient credit) before 12 midday on the day of dispatch.
Please allow enough time for your payment to clear before 12 midday if you are paying by bank transfer. Don't forget you can use our gocardless instant transfer option online, as an alternative to card payments too.
Collections: Please note, while we welcome collections, a time slot to collect must be arranged in advance with your account handler. This ensures safety in the yard, and efficient loading of your order.
Order early to get a discount
It is still good to get your orders in as early as you can, and we offer our Early Bird discount for those who get their order in by midday the working day before dispatch. Orders placed and paid for (or with sufficient credit) in time qualify for the discount, which is unlocked on the portal by ordering before 12, and will save 20% off the cost of delivery.
How to place evening orders:
Our sales staff are on the phones until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. You are able to place orders online by yourself after this time, via the portal. Note that you can also pay online for these, either by instant transfer or by card.
IMPORTANT: Please put your order ID as the reference for bank transfer payments to speed up processing.
Maximum Capacity
We operate a maximum output capacity cap for the safety of our warehouse teams - though this is something we are increasing every week as we add and train more staff continuously.
However, demand can vary and where we have sudden spikes in orders, we may reach the order capacity before the cut off time. If that happens, we can not ship extra orders for the day in question. This is already rare, and will become rarer as we continue to build capacity. Mid week orders are less likely to run into this, as dispatch volumes are lower mid week.
