The third generation 3S AIKO NEOSTAR ABC 495W panels are a result of cutting-edge technology and provide a high panel efficiency of 24.8%. The all black design and bezel-less edge give the panels a sleek look that is made possible by AIKOs All Back Contact technology. All Back Contact means the metal grid traditionally on the front of the panel is moved to the back, creating an aesthetically pleasing panel as well as increasing the area on the panel that is illuminated and can be used to generate power, reducing resistive losses, and increasing efficiency.
The NEOSTAR 3S54 comes with several advantages over the previous generation like a higher peak power, better temperature coefficients, and partial shading optimisation to help increase efficiency and maximise yields.
