Uses
The IFP-M10BS/1 is an A2 M10 bolt and washer set for use with the IFP Integrated Fixing Points
Materials
A2 grade stainless steel M10 bolt 1 per set
A2 grade stainless steel M10 washer 1 per set
Dimensions
IFP-M10BS/1 M10 x 20mm
Other lengths available to suit build up of shims
Bolt sets are also available in 316grade stainless steel for use in marine environments
Installation
It is recommended that all bolts are used with a proprietary thread locking compound to prevent them
working loose due to mechanical, cyclic and thermal factors in the piece that is fastened to them.
The M10 bolts should be tightened to the following values;
50 Nm for dry assembly
38 Nm for lubricated assembly
ROOFTRAK IFP250-SHIM & IFP250-SHIM-SS
Uses
The IFP250-SHIM is a HDPE shim or packer used to compensate for falls or where such differences
in height are required. They can be used in multiples of 10mm to achieve varying dimensions.
The IFP250-SHIM-SS is a stainless steel shim or packer used as above, but in multiples of 1mm -
this shim can be added to the build up without removing the bolts.
